The conference secretariat is managed by our partners MCI Middle East LLC (MCI), who will assist you with your registration payment and hotel reservations. Once registered, you will receive a personalized registration link provided in an email from MCI with the following identification:

Note that no profit is generated from the payment of registration fees. 100% of your registration fee (together with financial support by the hosting university and sponsors) goes toward the conference costs, which includes the venue, conference logistics, lunches and refreshments, the plenary speakers, etc.

A discounted rate is available for a limited number of participants from low income (Priority 1) countries as defined by International Mathematical Union.

Remarks:
The conference secretariat managed by MCI is collecting the registration fees, coordinating the conference operations with the conference venue, and providing all the needed services for the conference. The registration fee must be paid In order to include one’s presentation(s) in the conference schedule. Please make reservations to the hotels directly with the conference secretariat at MCI.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds:
All refund requests for cancellation must be submitted by e-mail to aims2024@wearemci.com. A refund of your paid registration fees will be made according to the following deadlines and amounts.

• On or before November 1, 2024: Full refund, subject to a 5% credit card charge or a subtraction of the bank wiring fees if applicable.
• After November 1, 2024, no refund.
